Turfgrass supports Padel Tennis
Last June, the Bulevar Verde Padel Tennis Tournament was held at the Turfgrass Padel Tennis Club in Alcoy.
This year, the tournament’s first, 66 pairs participated in four categories: Gold, Silver, Mixed and Women’s. More than 10 towns sent players to the tournament, including Alcoy, Alicante, Almansa, Onil, Ibi, Banyeres, Cocentaina, Muro de Alcoy, Villena and Elche.
During the three days the tournament lasted, both club members and visitors were able to enjoy a warm welcome and an excellent atmosphere, as well as padel tennis matches of the highest level. The experience was very satisfactory for organisers, participants and fans who came to the club’s facilities.
